Clove Drink Recipe for Blood Sugar Support (English Version)

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of whole cloves

1 stick of cinnamon (optional)

1 slice of lemon (for flavor)

2 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Put the cloves and cinnamon in a pot with the water.
  2. Boil for about 10–15 minutes.
  3. Let it cool slightly, then strain the liquid.
  4. Add the lemon slice or a few drops of lemon juice if desired.
  5. Drink one small cup (about 100 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach, and another in the evening before bed.
