🍯 Garlic Honey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup raw honey
10–15 fresh garlic cloves (peeled)
A clean glass jar
Instructions:
- Prepare the garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and slightly crush each one with the side of a knife to release the beneficial compounds. - Add garlic to the jar
Place all the peeled cloves into a clean, dry glass jar. - Pour the honey
Pour raw honey over the garlic until all the cloves are fully covered. - Mix gently
Use a clean spoon to remove any air bubbles and make sure the garlic is well submerged. - Close the jar
Close the jar loosely, not too tight, because the mixture may ferment slightly and release gas. - Ferment
Leave the jar at room temperature for 3–7 days, then tighten the lid and store it in the refrigerator or a cool dark place.
How to Use:
Take 1 teaspoon daily on an empty stomach for immunity.
Use in teas, marinades, or spread on toast.
Helps with colds, sore throat, and digestion.
Storage:
Lasts for up to 1 year if stored in a cool place.
