🍯 Garlic Honey Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup raw honey

10–15 fresh garlic cloves (peeled)

A clean glass jar


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the garlic
    Peel the garlic cloves and slightly crush each one with the side of a knife to release the beneficial compounds.
  2. Add garlic to the jar
    Place all the peeled cloves into a clean, dry glass jar.
  3. Pour the honey
    Pour raw honey over the garlic until all the cloves are fully covered.
  4. Mix gently
    Use a clean spoon to remove any air bubbles and make sure the garlic is well submerged.
  5. Close the jar
    Close the jar loosely, not too tight, because the mixture may ferment slightly and release gas.
  6. Ferment
    Leave the jar at room temperature for 3–7 days, then tighten the lid and store it in the refrigerator or a cool dark place.

How to Use:

Take 1 teaspoon daily on an empty stomach for immunity.

Use in teas, marinades, or spread on toast.

Helps with colds, sore throat, and digestion.


Storage:

Lasts for up to 1 year if stored in a cool place.
