Angel Chicken with Italian Dressing Mix 


Tender chicken breasts simmered in a creamy Italian dressing sauce, served over angel hair pasta for a comforting, easy dinner.
Ingredients 
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions 
- Sear chicken: Melt butter in skillet. Lightly brown chicken breasts on both sides.
- Mix sauce: In bowl, whisk cream of chicken soup, broth, cream cheese, Parmesan, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Slow cook: Place chicken in slow cooker or baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours (or bake at 350°F/175°C for 40–45 minutes) until chicken is tender.
- Serve: Spoon creamy sauce over angel hair pasta. Garnish with parsley.
