Ingredients:

1 container (16 oz) low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare cottage cheese: In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape into chips: Using a spoon or your hands, drop small spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly.

Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Cool and serve: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Tips:

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of dried herbs like oregano or thyme.

You can also add a small amount of grated Parmesan cheese to the cottage cheese mixture.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, salsa, or hummus.
