Ingredients:
1 small piece of ginger (fresh)
1 tablespoon of salt (preferably sea salt or Himalayan salt)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ginger: Take a small piece of fresh ginger, peel it, and cut it into small pieces.
- Grind or Mash: Use a mortar and pestle, or a grinder to mash or crush the ginger until it forms a paste.
- Add Salt: Mix 1 tablespoon of salt into the ginger paste. The salt acts as a natural abrasive that helps in scrubbing plaque and stains from the teeth.
- Apply to Teeth: Using your finger or a soft toothbrush, apply the mixture onto your teeth, focusing on the stained areas.
- Brush for 2-3 Minutes: Gently scrub your teeth for 2-3 minutes, making sure the paste reaches all the visible surfaces.
- Rinse: Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Repeat this process 2-3 times a week.
